Why your views matter

Reading’s budget for local services remains under substantial pressure.

The amount of money set aside for local government has fallen - and the share of that national budget that is then allocated to Reading has also declined.

Over the next three years the Council will be making a series of budget proposals to make the savings needed. We want you to be informed and have your say.
