Overview

The Council's online citizens' panel has now been running for a number years, with members taking part in a variety of surveys and other methods of engagement. 

Why your views matter

By being part of the citizens’ panel and sharing your views, you’re helping us to understand what residents think about Council services, and to ensure that decisions and policy making reflect your priorities.

For example, as a result of the responses received from the public consultation on changes to the Concessionary Fares Scheme for Access Pass Holders, we decided that none of the proposed changes to the concessionary travel scheme would be made.
