Overview

The Health and Wellbeing Board is responsible for overseeing the implementation of a Health and Wellbeing Strategy and Action Plan for the local area. 

The draft 2017-2020 Strategy sets out how the Health and Wellbeing Board plans to realise its vision for ‘a healthier Reading’ and meet its key strategic objectives:

•        promote and improve the health and wellbeing of the people of Reading;

•        reduce health inequalities; and

•        promote the integration of services.

The Health and Wellbeing Board would like your views on Reading’s draft Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2017-2020.

The feedback from the consultation will inform the development of a Health and Wellbeing Action Plan to implement the proposed priorities and bring benefits to the health and wellbeing of all residents in Reading.
