Coley recreation ground

Overview

Coley Recreation Ground is a very popular park that has a number of facilities such as an outdoor gym, tennis courts, artificial cricket wicket and a children’s play area. The current  play area’s safety surface is loose fill play sand and the equipment caters for children between 3 years to 12 years is old and needs upgrading. The project is to renovate the play area and change the safety surface to wetpour to make the site more accessible and including equipment for children of all abilities.

We have received 6 designs form play companies are asking the public to vote on their preferred design which will be a part of Reading Borough Council’s Tender selection process.
