Hexham Community Centre Survey

Overview

This survey will help the committee at Hexham Community Centre gather information on how to develop the activities, events and programs for the local community.

Hexham Community Association (HCA) would also like to invite local people to get involved in the centre by enjoying the activities, volunteering, and helping us make decisions by joining the committee.

To thank you for taking part, all surveys with contact details included will be entered into a prize draw to win a ticket to one of the Hexham Travel Club trips in Summer 2017.

This survey is being collected online by Reading Borough Council Neighbourhood Initiatives Team on behalf of Hexham Community Association.

Why your views matter

As a volunteer-led group, Hexham Community Association (HCA) is managing the Community Centre for the benefit of the local community.

However, the amount of funding HCA receives from Reading Borough Council is reducing, so they want to make sure they provide the facilities that local people need the most.

Your answers will help the committee to decide how to develop the program at the Community Centre, and will also help them plan for alternative fundraising opportunities.

What happens next

The results of this survey will be available at Hexham Community Centre from Thursday 29th June 2017.

The prize draw result will be announced on Thursday 29th June, the winner will be notified by phone or email.
