Northumberland Avenue 20mph zone and traffic calming

Overview

The introduction of a 20mph speed restriction is proposed to reduce road safety risks and to reduce barriers to the adoption of active travel options, such as cycling and walking. The proposed traffic calming measures will help support compliance with the new speed limit as well as ensure regulatory compliance of the restriction.
